By accessing or using the Aurora Synapz Asset Management LLC website or client portal (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Nature of Services
Aurora Synapz Asset Management LLC provides automated portfolio management and investment advisory services. All investment activities are subject to market risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Our algorithmic strategy operates autonomously within defined parameters. We do not guarantee any specific return or protection of principal.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and not be a resident of a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited.
4. Client Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Aurora Synapz is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.
5. Investment Risk Disclosure
All investments carry risk. The value of your portfolio may decrease as well as increase. Aurora Synapz does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
6. Fees
Aurora Synapz charges an annual management fee as disclosed in your client agreement. Fees are calculated based on assets under management and collected periodically as outlined in the fee schedule provided at onboarding.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account, transmit harmful or misleading information, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are the exclusive property of Aurora Synapz Asset Management LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora Synapz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any investment losses incurred.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the client portal.
